voice is heard
We are a progressive law firm, specialising in immigration and asylum, public and family law. We champion the rights, freedoms and interests of our clients. Fearlessly.
We established this firm with one objective in mind: to use our expert knowledge of the law to help people and businesses, particularly those whose rights and interests are being threatened, solve their legal problems.
And that’s what we work hard to do every single day.
You, our clients, are the reason we put on our suits, open our office and have our morning coffee each day.
We give our all in trying to obtain a successful outcome for you because we know how important your case is to you. We treat it as if it were our own.
At Elaahi & Co Solicitors, we have brought together a team of talented lawyers from a variety of backgrounds that share a single commitment: to be experts in their fields and to use their expertise to further the interests of our clients.
We offer specialist advice in all aspects of immigration & asylum law, with particular expertise in detention, deportation, partner/spouse, family life and deportation cases. We also assist clients in respect of Points-Based System, business immigration and nationality matters. We can assist with any stage in the process: when planning to apply to come to or remain in the UK; in preparing and making applications; in challenging refusal decisions, by appeal, administrative review or judicial review; or in helping you understand what steps to take in the future to secure your stay in the UK.
We also have vast experience in family law and our range of services encompasses the whole of the family law sector, including assisting in matters relating to: divorce and dissolution, financial & property matters and children.
Our immigration lawyers know what it takes to negotiate the ever-changing rules to help you feel assured that you can plan for your future in the UK.
COVID-19 Coronavirus update for all clients
In line with Government guidance and after a thorough risk assessment, we are pleased to announce that our office in Liverpool Street (London) will be open from 15 June 2020. We have taken precautionary measures to ensure that the office is a safe space for all.
We are still able to make telephone appointments with Anosha Saleem if you are a new client and wish to discuss your immigration or family situation. This will mean that you will not need to travel to the office and if you are a vulnerable person, this may be the best solution for you. We will also start booking face to face initial consultation appointments with Anosha Saleem within the next few weeks.
If you are an existing client who needs to be seen in person then your caseworker will arrange this.
If you are attending the office you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire to assess your risk. You must also wear a face mask and your temperature will be checked upon arrival. If your risk is high or you are not wearing a mask, we will not be able to meet you.
We will update you with any changes to this policy. Thank you.
