Fees

We have created this document to provide you with guidelines as to how much we charge for particular types of work. The fee we agree with you will depend on: the factual and legal complexity of the case; the level of contact required between you and your lawyer; the amount of research and evidence required to support your case.

We will always agree a fee with you before we undertake any work on your behalf. We will make it clear to you when VAT is payable and how much this will add to the fee we agree. We will also make it clear to you when you instruct what work is covered in the fee you pay to us. In that way, you will know exactly how much you need to pay to us and what services we have agreed to provide you in return.
